PRODUCT DELIVERY

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. Delivery time depends on location, but within Iceland, you can expect delivery to take 1-5 days.

ARYA is not responsible for delays or lost shipments once they have left our warehouse. Additionally, ARYA is not liable for any damage to the product during transportation.

PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

At ARYA, we prioritize offering high-quality products at affordable prices.

All ARYA products are shipped via Dropp or Pósturinn, and shipping costs are based on their pricing.

All prices in the online store include 24% VAT, but shipping costs are added before payment is completed.

We offer free shipping on orders over 20,000 ISK.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer a 30-day return policy for purchased products, provided that proof of purchase (receipt) is presented, showing the purchase date. Alternatively, you can provide your name and booking number, and we will locate the order for you.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and with the tag still attached.

Returns are based on the original purchase price unless the item was on sale at the time of return. Items purchased at a discounted price cannot be returned. If the desired size is unavailable, a refund cannot be issued.

Customers returning items must pay the return shipping fee via Dropp to send the product back to us.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a product is defective, customers are offered a replacement at no additional cost, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.

We also offer refunds for defective products.

At ARYA, your security is our priority, and we emphasize handling personal data with care.

SECURITY TERMS

ARYA reserves the right to cancel orders, for example, due to incorrect pricing information or to discontinue product offerings without notice. We also reserve the right to confirm orders via phone.

The seller guarantees full confidentiality regarding all information provided by the buyer in connection with the transaction.
