Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)
In addition to the above policies, if the item is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification.
As with our standard return policy, the item must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
